I wore this out to lunch with Josh. I changed when I got home though because itwas wayyyy too hot! I was sweating up a storm even with no sleeves and a slit like that.
Also, the slit was not that high, but when I sat down in my car the my thighs popped it open like 4" higher.I guess I should calculate more space into that region when I am trying clothes on!
As for the socks, I love them. But unfortunately they are pretty crappy quality. when I took my shoes off the black from the stars had run all over the socks and my feet! So sad, because i probably won't wear them many more times.

Thanks for your comment :) I didn't know I would provoke any kind of response from, well, anyone so it was really nice to read. Also, I agree with you completely about how most famous bloggers look like they could be in a fashion spread, some bloggers get to where they are based on the fact that they're slim and pretty, and not because they have great style like you do; I really love your outfit- super jealous of your glasses! And yeah, increasingly all I see on famous blogs are "gift from *insert designer*" etc etc... blogging's really changed. Ha, I'm nostalgic for a period of blogging before it became a viable career option but I only started blogging after bloggers became famous and I figured out that the internet was for more than just online games. Anyway, I really love your style and it sucks that your socks were bad quality because they're really cool :)
