Watercolor Fingerpaint

My sister bought this dress from the dollar section at a vintage store maybe 8 years ago. It basically migrated to the dress-up box when it went unworn. But I rediscovered it, and alas! it fits me properly!

I remember wearing it once in 8th grade with a wide peach colored belt, but it went past my knees then.

I love finding old things in our dress-up box.

 Today was weird. It was gray and overcast all day, but it was a nice temperature. Then when the sun starting going down it suddenly showed up through the clouds, and it got super hot for the last hour and a half of sunlight.

This bag is funny because I used to hate it. I got it from someone who gave my mom and me a bunch of old purses and I didn't like it at all. That was in 6th grade. This bag is my shit now. I found it about a year ago in the basement and used it a few times, then somehow it got packed up again with stuff that got put in the basement. But I re-rediscovered it a month or two ago. It's pretty great.

I wore this out to lunch with Josh. I changed when I got home though because itwas wayyyy too hot! I was sweating up a storm even with no sleeves and a slit like that.

Also, the slit was not that high, but when I sat down in my car the my thighs popped it open like 4" higher.
I guess I should calculate more space into that region when I am trying clothes on!
As for the socks, I love them. But unfortunately they are pretty crappy quality. when I took my shoes off the black from the stars had run all over the socks and my feet! So sad, because i probably won't wear them many more times.
