Good news means new shoes

The UPS guy just dropped these off. I nearly flipped a shit when he pulled into the driveway.

I used the money from a purse I sold on Etsy to get them. I ordered them from here at gojane.com and with shipping and they came to only $20.95. Blush is the color I wanted them in, but they didn't have my size in that color.

Watercolor Fingerpaint

My sister bought this dress from the dollar section at a vintage store maybe 8 years ago. It basically migrated to the dress-up box when it went unworn. But I rediscovered it, and alas! it fits me properly!

I remember wearing it once in 8th grade with a wide peach colored belt, but it went past my knees then.

I love finding old things in our dress-up box.

 Today was weird. It was gray and overcast all day, but it was a nice temperature. Then when the sun starting going down it suddenly showed up through the clouds, and it got super hot for the last hour and a half of sunlight.

This bag is funny because I used to hate it. I got it from someone who gave my mom and me a bunch of old purses and I didn't like it at all. That was in 6th grade. This bag is my shit now. I found it about a year ago in the basement and used it a few times, then somehow it got packed up again with stuff that got put in the basement. But I re-rediscovered it a month or two ago. It's pretty great.
